Senior Network Engineer
Job Scope
- Design,configure,and deploy LAN,WAN,and wireless networks to support business operations.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability..
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues,providing timely support and resolutions.
- Perform network maintenance,firmware upgrades,and system updates.
- Implement security measures,including firewalls,VPNs,and network access controls to safeguard company data.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other infrastructure components.
- Document network configurations,procedures,and troubleshooting steps for future reference..
- Evaluate new network technologies and recommend enhancements for improved performance and scalability.
- Provide support for VoIP,cloud-based networking solutions,and remote access technologies.
Job Requirement
- The position requires at least a Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Possess a solid foundation in computer science,be familiar with the Linux operating system and common commands,and have a strong understanding of and basic operations – knowledge for databases such as MySQL,MongoDB,and Redis.
- Familiar with mainstream security technologies and prevention methods,understand the working principles of various detection techniques,able to analyze alarm logs from security devices,identify security risks and incidents from logs,and possess the ability to analyze and handle security events.
- Has extensive practical experience with open-source and commercial security detection and defense products(such as honeypots,firewalls,WAF,DDoS protection,situational awareness platforms,etc).
- Candidates with experience in high availability,containers,databases,big data,data security,and monitoring are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in performance analysis,build and compilation,capacity planning,cloud implementation,and fault detection and resolution are preferred.
